Accounts Officer

Position: Accounts Officer

Industry: Shipping/Logistics sector.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (shipping/logistics experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

-Record and manage receipts and payment entries

-Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.

-Perform bank reconciliations and ledger adjustments.

-Coordinate with operations and sales departments for billing matters.

-Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

-Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

-Proficiency in accounting software (Climax experience will be an advantage).

-Good command of MS Excel.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
