Job Overview

Qureshi Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to join our Lahore office. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, cash handling, reconciliations, and branch-level financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash handling and cash management.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank records.
  • Prepare and monitor customer ageing reports.
  • Handle branch accounting and inter-branch transactions.
  • Conduct stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
  • Perform cash audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and manage billings, invoices, and receipts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and bookkeeping in accounting systems.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
  • Assist in audits and support finance operations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
