Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & Data Entry

· Record all financial transactions including BPVs, CPVs, and JVs accurately and in a timely manner.

· Maintain proper bookkeeping of receipts and inflows in accordance with accounting standards.

· Enter financial data into the accounting software for proper record keeping.

· Maintain organized digital records of supporting documents in the designated system drive.

2. Payments Processing

· Prepare payment vouchers and execute payments as per approved payment plans and management instructions.

· Assist in monitoring outstanding balances and coordinate with relevant departments for timely settlement.

3. Reporting Support

· Assist in preparing weekly and monthly expense and payment reports for management review.

· Support the Senior Accountant in quarterly, bi-annual, and annual financial closings.

4. Tax Documentation Support

· Assist in compiling and providing required financial data and documents to tax consultants for return filing.

5. Coordination

· Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documents for processing financial transactions.

· Assist in banking coordination including deposit slips, payment follow-ups, and bank documentation.

6. Miscellaneous

· Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant or management.

Qualification & Experience Required

· Bachelors’ degree in accounting & finance

· 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in real estates, property development, project accounting or construction accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
