Accounts Officer

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (US Timings)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring smooth and efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and record all financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Conduct bank, AP, and AR reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial record-keeping

Requirements

  • B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a relevant qualification
  • 2–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in accounting or finance roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
