AJ Energy is a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the energy sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
