Accounts Officer - Female

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be comfortable handling manual vouchers, managing daily petty cash transactions, and processing payroll efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records accurately using Excel and accounting software.
  • Prepare and verify manual vouchers for daily business transactions.
  • Manage and reconcile daily petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Process monthly payroll, including calculations, deductions, and disbursement.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.
  • Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees for expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Experience with payroll systems and petty cash handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
