Job Title: Account Executive/Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive/ Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring client satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

2. Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record and manage financial transactions, invoices, and payments using Microsoft Excel.

3. Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and analyses using Excel to provide insights into client accounts and financial performance.

4. Document Preparation: Utilize Microsoft Word for the preparation and formatting of important documents, proposals, and presentations.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering client solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with advanced skills in spreadsheet management and document preparation.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to , students as needed
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with Excel sheets/ spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
