As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Efficiently and accurately process invoices, including obtaining purchase orders, acquiring missing vendor invoices and statements, and performing data entry.
• Payment Processing: Manage payment cycles to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. Prepare payments for distribution.
• Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Document Storage: Scan and upload all invoices for systematic archiving.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience utilizing purchase orders highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
