Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is not only detail-oriented but also exceptionally skilled in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have the ability to go well beyond basic spreadsheets — using Excel for automation, financial analysis, complex reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires an individual who can work independently, handle high transaction volumes, and deliver accurate results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Develop advanced Excel reports to monitor accounts payable performance and cash flow.
  • Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, automation).
  • Strong analytical and financial reconciliation abilities.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
