Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of all payment cycle activities, including verifying and reconciling invoices, controlling expenses, and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting across the country .

You'll join a dedicated and fast-paced team focused on maintaining a compliant and efficient financial operation for the organization.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the daily processing of supplier invoices and prepare and load payments into the banking and accounting systems to ensure timely execution of the payment cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement leader to ensure all procure-to-pay (P2P) processes comply with Group requirements and maintain/update the Purchasing application as needed.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records by performing monthly vendor reconciliations, reviewing staff travel expenses against company policy, and clearly stating provisions for pending purchase orders.


What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:



  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Strong knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proven ability to work independently, research, and apply complex accounting guidance for timely problem resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, English section, or equivalent education.
