Our office in the Bronx is a fast-paced and lively environment looking to fill an open clerical position.

We have an open position for a accounts payable specialist/administrative assistant. This person supports the accounting and property management teams by handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with general office and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and recordkeeping for multiple properties.

Job Requirements:

  • A Professional background or experience in this field.
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple residential and commercial properties.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English preferred
  • Manage time and organize schedules effectively
  • Ability to travel to office on time 5 days a week
  • Work authorization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
