Accounts Payable Specialist

Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for processing and maintaining accounts payable invoices, process subcontract requests and change orders.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices
• Code invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
• Special projects as assigned
• Answer phones
• Break reception desk as needed
• Pantry restock and clean

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in an office environment performing similar responsibilities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
• Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills as follows: Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key skills and typing a minimum of 40 wpm

The compensation range for this position is: $25.00-$35.00/hour. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
