Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP/Payroll specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in various billing, payables, and payroll tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including W-9's, etc.
- Manage all billings for client
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records, register new employees in states
- Review expenses on a regular cadence and audit expense reimbursements
- Utilize QuickBooks Online
- Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation procedures
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
