• Education: ACCA , CA , Bachelor's Accounting & Finance
• Experience: 1 Year + in Accounts Recivable
• Skill Set: AR, Excel, Professional English Communication, Customer Managment

Job Description:

• Verifies, posts, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
• Daily email correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
• Download and review reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Working in MS NAVISION, posting payments to invoices, Creating invoices for monthly storage, COD payments, etc.
• Regular email correspondence with customers on discrepancies, unpaid or short paid past-due amounts with the assistance of the invoicing department.
• Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
• Creating and updating Google Docs on daily payments, monthly storage invoices etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
