Accounts Specialist (Ecommerce)

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead or support implementation of accounting or ERP software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Collaborate with IT or software vendors to integrate eCommerce data with accounting systems.
• Migrate and validate financial data during system transitions.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, and deductions for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others.
• Integrate and reconcile data from payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, and Cashfree.
• Monitor inventory and COGS across multiple online channels.
• Automate reports, reconciliations, and other finance workflows using technology.
• Support audits and ensure proper internal controls and compliance.
• Provide analysis and insights on sales, margins, and financial performance across platforms.
