Job Summary:

The On-Site Accreditation Manager will lead and supervise accreditation operations at designated venues. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with security authorities, and ensuring compliance with accreditation policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site accreditation team and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with security and MOI guidelines
• Oversee badge production and distribution
• Handle escalations and complex accreditation cases
• Coordinate with event management and security stakeholders
• Prepare daily operational reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accreditation or event operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work under high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of security protocols and access control systems
• Fluent in English (Arabic highly preferred)
