Salary Package: AED 3,300 (ABu Dhabi Area)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and coordinate various indoor activities such as rope courses, zip lines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and interactive games.

Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and organized manner following the company’s safety protocols.

Brief guests on activity rules, safety equipment usage, and provide support throughout the experience.

Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.

Monitor guest behaviour to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Support team members during events, peak hours, and group bookings.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of activity areas.

Report any incidents, injuries, or equipment issues promptly to management.

Promote team spirit, positivism, and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service (especially in adventure parks or recreational facilities) is a plus.

Must be physically fit and able to work on your feet, lift light equipment, and handle physical activities.

Comfortable working at heights and with safety harnesses (training provided).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
