Activity Specialist

Salary Package: AED 3,300 (ABu Dhabi Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate various indoor activities such as rope courses, zip lines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and interactive games.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and organized manner following the company’s safety protocols.
• Brief guests on activity rules, safety equipment usage, and provide support throughout the experience.
• Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.
• Monitor guest behaviour to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Support team members during events, peak hours, and group bookings.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of activity areas.
• Report any incidents, injuries, or equipment issues promptly to management.
• Promote team spirit, positivism, and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service (especially in adventure parks or recreational facilities) is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to work on your feet, lift light equipment, and handle physical activities.
• Comfortable working at heights and with safety harnesses (training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
