Ad Creatives Strategist

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Ads Strategist who knows how to come up with ad ideas that convert.

Your job is to:

• Think in hooks, angles, and structure
• Create ad concepts that can be tested and scaled
• Write copy that clearly matches the client’s brand voice

This is not just writing and not just brainstorming.

You are responsible for research, thinking, and giving clear creative direction so ads can perform.

Pay scale

$30-$40 Per Approved Ad Idea Concept + Script
Work-rate = 20-30 Ads monthly resulting in $700-$1000 Monthly

Key ResponsibilitiesAds Creative Strategy

• Research winning ads across different niches and platforms
• Identify:
• Strong hooks
• High-performing angles
• Repeating patterns in ads that scale
• Come up with ad concepts and scripts that are clear and testable
• Decide:
• What to test
• Why it should work
• How it can be improved after launch
• Work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into ads

Requirements

• Strong experience with ad content ideation
• Proven experience researching and breaking down winning ads
• Good understanding of:
• Hooks
• Angles
• Messaging
• Audience psychology
• Ability to explain your thinking clearly
• Comfortable recording Looms to explain ad ideas and strategy
