The Addictions Therapist will work within our residential and outpatient addictions, mental health, and criminogenic treatment programming with a population who are serving a criminal justice sentence. We have opened our brand new expansion to our facility!! This expansion brings 170 new beds for women, including 24 IRT, 12 STIRT, and 12 RDDT, and brand new classrooms, recreation, and group areas! Larimer County Community Corrections is an approved Colorado Health Service Corps (CHSC) site. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
What you'll be doing: Collaborating with the treatment team to provide individual and group therapy sessions for participants in residential substance use and aftercare programs.Facilitating a range of client-centered, gender-responsive groups focused on substance abuse, mental health, trauma-informed care, cognitive restructuring, and life skills development.Conducting substance abuse and/or mental health evaluations to assess client needs.Providing individual and relational therapy when appropriate to support client progress.Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client documentation and

Working with numerous stakeholders in the criminal justice system. Candidates may be hired as an Addictions Therapist I or Addictions Therapist II based on qualifications.
