Job Summary

We are seeking a female Admin Staff to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in Hindi to ensure smooth communication with our workforce. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, labor transfers, mobilization, and providing essential support to project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management and project teams.
  • Manage labor transfers, mobilization, and coordination in compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with workers in Hindi for instructions and coordination.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including joining, transfer, and exit details.
  • Prepare reports, manage filing systems, and ensure timely updates for management.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and documentation for mobilized staff.
  • Collaborate with HR, accounts, and operations departments to support ongoing activities.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration/operations support (preferably in manpower supply, contracting, or related industries)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking)
  • Proficiency in Hindi (verbal & written) and basic English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with UAE/Saudi labor procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
