  • Supervise and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and discipline in the workplace.
  • Monitor office facilities, utilities, and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Oversee staff attendance, duty rosters, and general workforce discipline.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all departments.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage company transport, including staff pick & drop, vehicle maintenance, and drivers’ schedules.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Note: The candidate must be Army Retired, with strong leadership, discipline management, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
