Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage documentation, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks when needed
  • Support travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Ensure office operations run efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a corporate or office environment in Bahrain
  • Knowledge of basic HR or accounting support tasks is an advantage
