Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and provide excellent support to team members and employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and petty cash
- Assist with staff attendance and scheduling
- Support branch manager with reports and coordination
- Maintain records, stock documents, and office supplies
- Liaise with head office teams (HR, Finance, Procurement)
- Ensure smooth branch operations and customer service support
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- 1–2 years of admin experience (retail preferred) but freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Preferably FEMALE Candidate.
