Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and provide excellent support to team members and employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and petty cash
  • Assist with staff attendance and scheduling
  • Support branch manager with reports and coordination
  • Maintain records, stock documents, and office supplies
  • Liaise with head office teams (HR, Finance, Procurement)
  • Ensure smooth branch operations and customer service support
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • 1–2 years of admin experience (retail preferred) but freshers are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Preferably FEMALE Candidate.
