Admin and Public Relation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities and office operations
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and internal communication
  • Support management with reports, schedules, and documentation
  • Handle employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, and medical processes
  • Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Tasheel, Amer, and other government departments
  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Maintain accurate records of employee visa and legal documents
  • Coordinate company trade license renewal and related approvals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations
  • Support employees with government-related formalities
  • Keep management updated on changes in government rules and procedures

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws
  • Attention to detail and document accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Prior PRO experience in UAE is mandatory
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
