Job Summary
The HR & Administration Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while
also structuring and optimizing administrative processes across the business. The role requires a
hands-on professional capable of building SOPs, defining KPIs, ensuring UAE labour law
compliance, and driving operational efficiency.
This position plays a key role in professionalizing internal operations and supporting the
company’s growth through structured people and process management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Admin
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance
management, and exits
Execute end-to-end recruitment with defined timelines and quality benchmarks
Draft and manage employment contracts, offer letters, HR policies, and employee
documentation
Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready employee records
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in
compliance with UAE Labour Law
Ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations and UAE labour requirements
Coordinate with PROs and external vendors for visa and labour-related processes
Define, track, and report HR KPIs, including:
o Time-to-hire
o Probation success rate
o Employee attrition
o Onboarding completion and effectiveness
Administration, SOP & Process Management
Design, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR,
administration, and key business functions
Establish clear administrative workflows, roles, responsibilities, and escalation structures
Define and monitor administrative KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround
time
Ensure adherence to internal policies and SOPs across departments
Identify operational gaps and recommend process and efficiency improvements
Manage office administration, vendors, and internal coordination
Support management with structured reporting, documentation, and process reviews
Performance & Accountability
The role carries clear ownership and measurable outcomes, including:
Timely and effective recruitment aligned with business needs
Structured onboarding and employee management processes
Zero compliance gaps in HR documentation and labour law requirements
Fully documented and implemented SOPs across relevant functions
Continuous improvement in administrative and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
4–6+ years of HR & Administration experience within the UAE
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
Proven experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR documentation
Demonstrated ability to create SOPs, KPIs, and structured processes
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, trading, or sales-driven environments
Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) – if any
English fluency (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
