Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy compliance. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of HR processes to foster a positive work environment and align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate the selection process.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and goal-setting.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.

Training and Development

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
  • Generate HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
