Performance Manager – HR

Job Summary

The Performance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organizations performance management framework to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on KPIs, appraisals, employee productivity, and continuous improvement in line with UAE labor laws and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, scorecards).
  • Lead annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles across departments.
  • Align individual and departmental goals with organizational strategy.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare dashboards and reports for management.
  • Work closely with department heads to address performance gaps.
  • Design and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Support reward, promotion, and succession planning decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Train managers on effective performance evaluation and feedback methods.
  • Drive a culture of continuous performance improvement and accountability.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to performance management.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRMS and performance management tools.
