HR cum IT Coordinator

Job Title: IT cum HR Coordinator

Reports To: HR Manager / Operations Director

Job Purpose

The IT cum HR Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations and ensures smooth functioning of HR systems, ERP platforms, and IT-related coordination. The role bridges HR, Operations, and IT to ensure employee lifecycle processes, data accuracy, system availability, and timely resolution of HR and IT-related issues across sites and camps.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Coordination

  • Support employee onboarding, mobilization, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (personal details, visa status, contracts, attendance, leaves) in ERP/HR systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Camp Supervisors for attendance, duty rosters, overtime, and leave tracking.
  • Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, disciplinary issues, and camp-related concerns.
  • Support HR Manager in issuing warning letters, notices, acknowledgements, and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring accurate attendance and data submission to Finance.
  • Support offboarding activities including clearance, asset handover, passport release, and full & final settlement coordination.

IT / ERP / Systems Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for ERP, HRMS, attendance, and payroll system issues.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors / internal IT teams for system troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Ensure proper data entry, system usage, and compliance across HR and Operations teams.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and basic system configurations as per management approval.
  • Assist in implementation of new modules, reports, or automation initiatives in ERP systems.
  • Maintain IT assets related to HR operations (biometric devices, attendance systems, computers, printers).

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate HR and operational reports such as attendance summaries, manpower deployment reports, leave reports, and disciplinary logs.
  • Maintain logs for system issues, fixes, and improvements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security of employee and company information.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with Finance, Operations, PRO, and IT teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure HR and system processes align with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Support audits, inspections, and management reviews by providing accurate data and reports.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations in manpower / labour supply environment.
  • Good knowledge of ERP / HRMS systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, or similar).
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills (systems, printers, attendance devices).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, ERP support, or combined HR-IT role (preferably in manpower supply or contracting companies). Home country experience also acceptable
  • Experience working with large workforce data and attendance systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is preferred.
  • Language : HINDI (Required), English (Required), Malayalam (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
