Customer Service & Social Media AssistantJob Purpose

Support the 360° Marketing Executive in managing social media platforms, assisting with content creation, supporting online advertising activities, and providing high-quality Arabic–English customer service to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Support

  • Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions daily
  • Assist in planning and creating weekly photo and video content
  • Coordinate with designers and photographers for marketing materials
  • Write captions, hashtags, and short ad texts in Arabic and English

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and email
  • Assist customers with online orders through the website, mobile app, or WhatsApp
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support
  • Handle customer issues professionally and ensure timely follow-up

Reporting & Marketing Support

  • Collect and record customer feedback, reviews, and ratings
  • Track engagement and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Maintain and update customer databases (emails, phone numbers, interests)
  • Assist in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, conversions) and report results
  • Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or customer service
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Good computer and smartphone skills
  • Creative, organized, and proactive attitude
  • Able to work from the store environment for filming and customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
