Star Gallery Mart is one of the UAE’s fast-growing retail and e-commerce companies, specializing in electronics, mobile accessories, home appliances, and trending seasonal products. Our mobile application, Star Gallery Mart, is available on both Android and iOS, and we actively sell through our website and social media platforms.

We are looking for a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can manage customer communication across digital channels, engage audiences on social media, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and comments
• Convert chats, inquiries, and leads into confirmed sales
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and reduce abandoned inquiries

Social Media Management

• Monitor and reply to comments and messages on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
• Post product videos, stories, and promotional content regularly
• Support daily offers, campaigns, and seasonal promotions (Ramadan, Eid, special sales)

Content Support

• Assist in creating short product videos and promotional clips
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for banners, visuals, and captions
• Help maintain consistent brand tone in English and Arabic

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience in customer service, social media handling, or online sales
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
