Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a female Customer Service Representative with a technical background and strong p*roficiency in ERP software for a workshop equipment and tools trading company*. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with sales and technical teams, and ensuring accurate and timely service using the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to workshop equipment, tools, and spare parts
  • Process sales orders, quotations, delivery notes, and invoices through ERP software
  • Understand basic technical specifications of workshop equipment and tools
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and technical teams
  • Track order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules in ERP
  • Assist customers with product selection and technical clarifications
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in ERP
  • Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally
  • Prepare reports related to orders, sales, and customer support

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Female candidates only
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or inside sales
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP software (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and part numbers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tools, machinery, automotive, or industrial trading companies
  • Knowledge of inventory, sales, and CRM modules in ERP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
