Job Title: PRO-cum-HR (Public Relations Officer & Human Resources)Job Summary

The PRO-cum-HR will be responsible for managing public relations activities, government and external liaisoning, and handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations / PRO Duties

  • Act as the key liaison between the organization and government departments, statutory bodies, and external agencies.
  • Handle documentation, approvals, licenses, renewals, and legal/statutory submissions.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, labor department, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Manage external communications and represent the organization in official matters.
  • Support management in handling public, vendor, and stakeholder interactions.

Human Resources Duties

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
  • Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in performance management and training coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and PRO/liaison work.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic proficiency.
  • Ability to coordinate with government offices and external agencies efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a PRO and/or HR role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
