We are seeking a highly organize, versatile, and proactive Admin and Sales & Procurement Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting daily administrative tasks while helping streamline the sales and purchasing operations of the office.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, invoices, contracts, presentations, and sales-related documents and assist in handling incoming leads and passing them to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments as well with suppliers/ vendors to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Coordinate with clients/suppliers for follow-ups, contracts renewal, and inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management including those related to various government entities.
- Follow up on old enquiries.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Candidate must be available in UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
- Positive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in Tally will be preferred
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license
