Admin and Secretary

A leading business center in Bahrain looking for an Admin and Secretary.

" Bahrani National'' Female candidate only

( Arabic and English is required )

Duties

· Welcome potential tenants/customers, and offer them the services available.

· Answering the customer’s inquiries.

· Helping to build good customer relations.

· Leasing the offices, preparing the Lease agreements, and keep the company’s documents through continues filing.

· Follow up the leasing and lease agreement renewals processes.

· Handling the customer’s complaints.

· Handling the incoming phone calls for the company and its customers.

· Arranging the customer’s meetings.

· Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

· Handling Further related duties requested by the management.

. Marketing and advertising rental properties to attract potential tenants.

. Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints, and addressing any issues that arise during the lease term.

. Collaborating with property management, maintenance, and other teams as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: BD 450.000 - BD 500.000 per month

Diploma or Bachelor Degree Required Business Administration/ Management/Accountancy
