Admin Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assist with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members or executives.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Perform data entry and assist with database management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
