Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, support counter operations, manage billing, and assist with marketing activities, including social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and manage counter operations efficiently.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support team operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, counter operations, or marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
