Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We're looking for an efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly!

Location: Abu Dhabi - Mussafah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing calendars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
