We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, good communication skills in Kannada and English, and the ability to handle day-to-day office and student-related administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle clerical and administrative duties in the college office.
  • Maintain student records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in admission and examination-related processes.
  • Coordinate with faculty, students, and parents for administrative support.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Support in data entry, report preparation, and filing tasks.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining schedules.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the college office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Pleasant and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
