Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support different departments, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and meeting notes.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Assist HR and accounts departments with documentation and data entry.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in administration or business preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
