Admin Assistant

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff, and helping maintain organized communication and documentation across the organization. Administrative Assistants serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and visitors and help create a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Communication Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, staff, and external partners.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries when required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take or distribute meeting minutes when needed.

Office Organization

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for documents and records.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Assist with basic data entry, document organization, and information tracking.

Additional Support

  • Assist other team members and departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Support event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles.
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools.
  • Comfortable using office equipment such as printers and scanners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
