We are seeking
two Admin Assistants
to join the founding team of a new international school in Amaala. These roles sit at the heart of the school’s daytoday operations, supporting school leadership and contributing to a welcoming, wellrun environment for students, families, and staff.
This is a
joint application process
for two roles. While we have identified some broad areas of focus, responsibilities will be shared and adjusted based on the strengths of the candidates and the evolving needs of the school.
Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

The role
Admin Assistants support the effective running of the school by assisting leadership and administrative colleagues with a range of
daily operational, organisational, and communication tasks
. You will often be the
first point of contact
for the school and play an important role in ensuring systems, records, and information are handled professionally and calmly.
The role requires an ability to:

Respond to priorities as they arise and adapt to changing needs

Work closely with school leadership and other administrative staff
-
Communicate clearly with families, staff, and external contacts
-
Follow agreed protocols and escalate matters appropriately
Admin Assistants support (but do not replace) the work of dedicated
Admissions, Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT
staff.
Indicative areas of focus
While both Admin Assistants will support the school together, here is an indication of the slightly different profiles are responsibilities:

Operational and logistical support.

Communication and community support.

Both Admin Assistants will also provide shared reception support, including managing enquiries and welcoming visitors.

If required, they may be asked to remain stationed at the reception desk of one of the school buildings to ensure continuous coverage.

Both Admin Assistants will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital platforms (e.g. MySEK). They will receive the necessary training and ongoing support to upload documentation to Aconex and to update other internal platforms as required.

Experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued. Knowledge of the
NOOR system
is an advantage.
