Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Office-Based) – Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are hiring a smart and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in Dubai and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage appointments and daily follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client records and documents (Excel/CRM)
  • Handle and organize incoming WhatsApp and email messages and route them to the relevant team member
  • Prepare basic quotations and documents using approved templates
  • Organize office files and ensure proper documentation and archiving
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Good English communication (tagalog)
  • Experience as an Admin / Office Assistant (UAE experience is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to follow up independently
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and confidentiality

Confidentiality:

  • The employee must not share or hand over any documents, files, client data, or work-related information to any staff member or third party unless approved by the HR Manager.
