Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting managers and employees with various tasks related to organization and communication.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or managers, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, and connect them to the appropriate personnel. Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Office Supplies Management: Manage office supplies, order new supplies as necessary, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve office processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency, contributing to a more productive work environment.
- Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Skills Required
