- Coordinate and administer the full bid and tender process from receipt to submission.

- Prepare, format, compile, and upload bid and tender documents in line with company instructions.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and consistency of all bid submissions.

- Control, manage, and archive bid documentation, including version control and naming conventions.
|
- Request, collect, and follow up on required bid inputs from internal departments.
|
- Maintain up-to-date standard company documents (licenses, certifications, CVs, policies, etc).

- Organize bid meetings, site visits, clarifications, and internal reviews.
|
- Communicate bid requirements, deadlines, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
|
- Liaise with clients or tender authorities on administrative matters with management approval.
|
- Support post-submission activities, clarifications, and contract handover documentation.
|
- Maintain bid libraries, templates, and historical records for future use.
|
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of commercial and sensitive bid information.
|
- Submit bid documents electronically or physically only after required internal approvals.
|
- Comply with company policies, quality management systems, and tender governance procedures.
