Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and assisting management and staff with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, and office documents.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases.
- Support office coordination and internal communication.
- Assist with data entry and basic administrative reporting.
- Provide administrative support to management and departments.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders.
- Schedule deliveries across UAE based on urgency and requirement.
Requirements:
- Holds Bachelors degree and proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- UAE D/L is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
