Admin Assistant - Dispatcher

Pay: $19-$21 per hour

YOUR HOURS:

Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule working 10am - 6pm.

THE VITAL HELP YOU PROVIDE AS AN ADMIN ASSISTANT - DISPATCHER:

As a vital member of our team, you manage the flow of the entire workday. You expertly receive and prioritize service requests, dispatching technicians and equipment to ensure timely customer care. Your exceptional communication skills keep everyone, from clients to technicians and management, on the same page. You maintain accurate records, handle administrative tasks like invoicing, and lend a hand with company projects, making a positive impact on the team and the company's overall success.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical dispatching is preferred
• Previous experience with House Call Pro is a bonus!
