Admin Assistant – Duties & Responsibilities (Brief)

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records
  • Assist in quotation drafting and tender document preparation
  • Support procurement and follow-up with suppliers/clients
