Admin Assistant — Returns Specialist (On-Site, Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a back-office eCommerce operations role. This is not a call center or customer chat support position.

Location: Gulberg (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage returns and refunds processes end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate and well-structured records using Google Sheets
  • Process refunds (training will be provided where required)
  • Coordinate effectively with the Customer Support team and Warehouse
  • Ensure all cases are tracked and resolved completely without delays

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Have prior experience in eCommerce operations or administrative roles
  • Be proficient in Shopify and Google Sheets
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong written communication skills in English

  • You are not comfortable with data handling or spreadsheet tools
  • You require frequent follow-ups to complete assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Checkout Champ
  • Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRM platforms
