We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a back-office eCommerce operations role. This is not a call center or customer chat support position.
Location: Gulberg (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage returns and refunds processes end-to-end
- Maintain accurate and well-structured records using Google Sheets
- Process refunds (training will be provided where required)
- Coordinate effectively with the Customer Support team and Warehouse
- Ensure all cases are tracked and resolved completely without delays
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Have prior experience in eCommerce operations or administrative roles
- Be proficient in Shopify and Google Sheets
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Possess strong written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Checkout Champ
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRM platforms
