Front Desk Duties:
Welcome and assist visitors, parents, children and staff at the front desk.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional and tidy reception area.
Schedule appointments for clients, customers, or employees and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Maintain a database of parents' and kids' contact details.
Organize and update kids' schedules and attendance records.
Maintain and update various report trackers as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative tasks including, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintain and order office/kids supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and research new deals and suppliers.
Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
Reports any malfunctioning equipment, electrical and aircon problem to the maintenance and keeping track of maintenance work using the ABC maintenance tracker.
Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment’s, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
Receive client’s payment either cash or K-net when required.
Preparing reports needed by the management and Finance and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Manage the admin petty cash.
Plan and coordinate ABC events and activities requested by the team and the management.
Address transportation-related inquiries and issues from staff.
Coordinate and arrange transportation for staff as required.
Monitor and process weekly invoices/trips for the taxi service.
Review and manage the monthly trips for staff who use Careem or similar transportation services.
To prioritize and assist any team member in case of urgency and to contact the management in the event of emergency.
