The Role

Key Role in handling and Processing all MOC and CITRA documents and letters.

Key Accountabilities and Activities

• 
  Receive, register and file all received letters from MOC and CITRA

• Forward MOC and CITRA letters to concerned departments and maintain records.

• Keep a track of all fiber transaction and update MOC secretary.

• Process daily requests of access permits to MOC premises for staff, contractors & customers.

• Maintain records of all issued permanent passes and follow up with staff for renewal.

• Prepare all required letters for Fiber, ISDN serviced activations.

• Prepare all letters for International services activation and deactivation and maintain a track of transactions.

• File all the letters of service activations and maintain records.

• Prepare all the required document for requested SOA from CITRA and MOC.

• Receive the invoices from CITRA and MOC and forward it to finance team

• Follow up with finance to issue and/or release the payments for MOC/CITRA.

• Follow up on license and clearance certificate issuance and keep track on expiry.

• Notify concerned department on the expiry or renewal of license & clearance certificates.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor Degree is highly preferred.
